The PRAESI app tells the story of PRAESI's patented, operator-supervised wildfire-response system. It includes:

a bilingual fire-safety guide with Cyprus emergency numbers

Everything works without an internet connection.

Questions

Does the app need an internet connection?No. All pages, films and articles are stored on your device. When you are online, the app also downloads any new articles published on praesi.ai and keeps them for offline reading.

How do I scan the PRAESI business card?Open Home › "Scan a PRAESI business card", allow camera access, and point the camera at the front of the card. The mission films play on the card. Recognition runs on your device and nothing is recorded. On Android this needs Google Play Services for AR.

Can I turn off the moving 3D background?Yes. Turn on Reduce Motion (iPhone: Settings › Accessibility › Motion) or Remove animations (Android: Settings › Accessibility). The app then shows a still scene.

Is PRAESI an emergency service?No. In an emergency in Cyprus call 112 or 199, or 1407 for smoke or fire in forest land. The fire-safety guide in the app has one-tap calling to these numbers.

Are the films real footage?No. Films and imagery are concept visualisations of a system in development.
